Chi Kung (Qigong). The art of movement
It is a practice of body and mind that cleans and strengthens energy channels, tendons and all parts of the body in general. Motion is energy. Spontaneous Chi Kung and Shamanic dance are ancient arts based on the same principles. The deeper parts of the self, even the most instinctive ones, are expressed through the most primitive way of expression that is movement. At this technique are taught some fundamental moves, which as the body gets used to do, it is becoming easier to combine them into more complex and varied formations. So it can release and express its movement in harmony with the earth, the sky and the elements. Anyone who practices this technique has practically four types of motion that correspond to the physical elements. The water is slow and relaxed, the earth slow and dynamic, the fire explosive and the air fast with fluctuations. Breathing flows with movement in a rhythm and sometimes it is just calm and natural. To activate the physical channels, it is necessary to activate the centers of the abdomen, palms in the hands and feet in the legs. The result is improved mental and body co-operation, with health benefits, as energy flows more freely. The body blooms and exercises evenly. The joints become more elastic and strong. The combination of limb movement is associated with the function of brain hemispheres, which are also coordinated.
Yoga. The art of connection
The literal meaning of the word YOGA is “UNION” or to “LINK” back. The implication is:
To link back to the original source, the original essence, which transcends all mental and intellectual attempts at comprehension, but which is the essential nature of everything in CREATION.
Yoga is both a state of connection and a body of techniques that allow us to connect to anything.
Conscious connection to something allows us to feel that “thing”. The experience of conscious connection is a state of yoga, a joyful and blissful, fulfilling experience.
In a way, one might say that the term also refers to union between mind-body-soul.
Most people in west countries, know the meaning of yoga only as far as the physical level is concerned. But yoga is not just a physical exercise. Yoga is a way of life designed to promote the physical, mental and spiritual development of human being.
It is a non-sectarian transpersonal science, a practice to promote spiritual development and the harmony of mind, soul and body, in-depth. Through mental and physical exercises on a psycho-energetic-physical level such as meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas as well as performing action with the correct attitude attempts to achieve this exact alignment, to unify mind-body-soul.

Even in a physical level only, the benefits are innumerable even therapeutically, because it is not limited to muscle training but also affects nervous, hormonal, circulatory, digestive and all-musculoskeletal system.
Meditation in the microcosmic orbit. The art of flow
In this retreat we offer teaching and practice of an ancient meditation technique that purifies and activates the main channels of the body. By harmonizing breathing and attention, the natural flow of the liquid in the main meridians acquires multiple power. Attention runs all the major rivers of energy, which pass from the spine, feet, hands, head and front part of the body. The breath gets harmonized and as energy flow increases, it manifests sense of clarity, calm attention and wellness in the body. By moving fluids, it is produced new amount of chi energy, which is stored in the whole body, but the main storage is the belly. Meditation in the microcosmic movement of energy increases the vibrational frequency of the body and is a useful technique for achieving internal alchemy. The practice will be done daily in order to achieve the purpose of the retreat. Harmonize and uplift.
