Since its inception, The Yoga Way has established procedures with a commitment to legality and transparency in order to manage with full respect the submitted personal data. Personal data should be collected and processed only when absolutely necessary.

We keep your data completely safe. We never sell, rent, distribute or disclose your personal information in any way and for any reason to third parties unless required by law.

If you choose to add a comment to any posts we published on our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be stored in this site’s database along with your computer’s IP address and time and date you submitted the comment.

This information is only used to identify you as contributors to the comment section of the corresponding blog post and is not transferred to any of the editors who process it. Only your name will appear on the site that the audience sees.

Your comment and associated personal data will remain on this site until

04. Contact Forms

If you choose to contact us using the contact form on the “Contact us” page or an email link like this, none of the data you provide will be saved on this site. will be transferred and processed by SiteGround. SiteGround complies with the EU Privacy Policy and you can find more information here.

The data will be stored in an email and sent to us via the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) protocol. SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL), meaning that email is encrypted using 256-bit SHA-2 cryptography before being sent over the Internet. E-mail content is decrypted by local computers and devices.

The data we collect from our contact form is Name Surname and E-mail Address, we keep them for a period of 12 months for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes. You can request a deletion whenever you want it within 48 hours to be deleted

05. Marketing Newsletters

If you choose to participate in our Newsletter, the email address you submit will be promoted to MailChimp that provides us with e-mail marketing services.

We consider MailChimp to be processing. The email you submit will not be stored in the site’s own database or in any of the internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain in the MailChimp database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp for e-mail marketing or until you explicitly request removal from the list. You can do this by using the deletion links contained in any email newsletters we send to you, as well as any informational emails you receive from us.

While your email address remains in the MailChimp database, you will receive periodically (about once a month) email newsletters from us.

Whenever you are asked to fill out a form on the site, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anyone for direct marketing purposes

If you have previously agreed to use your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by informing us using our contact information

The user acknowledges that without the use of cookies it would be impossible for the Company to provide important services such as: Personal Settings etc

Cookies are alphanumeric files that are transmitted to users’ computer hard drives over the Internet. The user can configure their personal browser to prevent them from accepting new cookies or asking each time a new cookie is to be installed on the hard disk.

Personal data is not only generated by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated by technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party incorporations. By default, our platform (WP) does not collect personal data about visitors, it collects only the data displayed on the User Profile screen by registered users.

09. Traffic Tracking

If you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with built-in location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download and export any site data from images to the site.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully selected and all comply with the legislation set out in section 2.0. Both of these third parties are established in the US and comply with the EU-US Privacy Policy.

If you are NOT a registered customer on our site, there is no personal information that we have or can see about you.

If you are a registered customer with an account, access to your personal information has:

13. How long do we keep your data

If you leave a comment, its comment and metadata are kept indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve the follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a queue of coordination.

For users who sign up on our site, we also store the personal information they provide on their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except if they can change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

14. What rights do you have in your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request that you receive an export file of personal data we hold for you, including any data you have provided us with.
